This is where I intend to post my photography experiments, but there are also shots by others that I like on here right now. (those should all be labeled, I think)
Top: my famous "pork pinto pot" It's beans and pork chunks cooked slowly with a slight broth flavored with savory, onions, a splash of Guinness and a nearly undetectable touch of montery jack, which just dissapates into the broth but adds a richness to the flavors. The sides are home-made cornbread and asparagus. Next: Polska Keilbasa and veggies that Stephen cooked on the grill.
